By submitting a video through direct message on any social platform, email, or Google Form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You grant Drank n Rank and Jerico.Media, collectively referred to as "we" or "us," a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and perform the submitted video content for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional and marketing activities.

Use of Personal Information:

•You understand and agree that any personal information provided in connection with the video submission may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No Obligation to Use:

We are not obligated to use, display, or distribute the submitted video content and reserve the right to remove or reject any content for any reason.

Content Guidelines:

The submitted video content must not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless:

You agree to indemnify and hold Drank n Rank and Jerico.Media, their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the submitted video content, including but not limited to claims of infringement or violation of rights. You also agree to hold us harmless from any claims, demands, or actions brought against us by any third party arising out of your use of the platform or any violation of these terms.

Age and Consent:

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to submit the video content and agree to these terms. If you’re under the age of 21, you agree to not submit videos of you, reviewi , possess or consume alcoholic beverage. Age verification is the sole responsobility of the submitter and not Drank n Rank and Jerico.Media, their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees or affiliates.

No Compensation:

You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the submitted video content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Modification of Terms:

Drank n Rank and Jerico.Media reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

Governing Law:

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer:

You acknowledge that Drank n Rank and Jerico.Media are not acting as content platforms, and this submission process does not transform them into content distribution platforms. The primary purpose of this submission is for specific promotional and marketing activities as outlined in these terms. We reserve the right to determine the use and display of submitted content at our discretion, with no obligation to function as a general content-sharing platform
